A variety of inhalation saunas, heated to temperatures between 45°C and 50°C and generating humidity levels of up to 100%, will leave you feeling like a new person. Visitors wanting a more traditional experience will not be disappointed with the large Finnish sauna, complete with centrally located, authentic wood burning fire, emitting temperatures of between 90°C and 100°C. For a gentler experience try the warm benches or tepidarium which warm the body to around 38°C. And if it's a tan you're after there is the sun meadow - an area kept at 28°C which uses special ceiling mounted lights to safely bronze you. The water grotto, containing showers that stimulate and massage your body as well as hot and cold water pools with stone floors that focus specifically on your feet, has as its centrepiece a large Jacuzzi entered through a curtain of falling water.
