7 Days OBERAMMERGAU

With the Austrian Tyrol

Friday- Outward journey for an afternoon Channel crossing, and on to the Gent area for dinner & overnight accommodation.

Saturday- We continue into the Austrian Tyrol and the 3 star hotel St Hubertushof, Zell am See, or similar, our base for two nights.

Sunday- An excursion to Innsbruck. En route we visit the medieval town of Rattenberg, famous for its crystal glassware, and tratzberg Castle (admission included). Continue to Innsbruck where we enjoy a half day guided tour.

Monday- We visit Lake Achensee, the largest and most beautiful of the Tyrolean Lakes, where we have time for a boat trip (cost included) before continuing to Oberammergau for two night’s accommodation.

Tuesday- A morning at leisure with time to visit the Passion Museum before lunch. Visit the first part of the Passion Play performance at 2.30 pm, dinner will be taken during the interval, and the Play resumes at 8.00 pm.

Wednesday- We depart after breakfast and make our way back to the Koln area in time for dinner.

Thursday- Leave after breakfast for an afternoon Channel crossing. Arrive home late evening.
