Your Financial Security

We are licenced by the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA), ATOL No 0172, and bonded with major banks to protect customer holiday payment and repatriation. Your non ATOL financial protection is administered by ABTA. If you book through a travel agent, any money paid by you to the agent is held by them on behalf of the ATOL holder. This means that should Austria Travel ever become unable to meet its financial commitments, the CAA would ensure that any advance payments are returned or, if you are actually abroad, you can return home without further cost, so that customers have a 100% guarantee of the safety of any money paid to us in advance.
