Travel delays and force majeure

We cannot be held responsible for any loss, damage or expense arising from war, threat of war, civil unrest, industrial dispute,technical problems due to transport, natural or nuclear disaster or any other event beyond our control, nor can we be held responsible for any delay to your flight whether caused by adverse weather, industrial action, the action of airport authorities or governments, rescheduling by airlines, mechanical breakdown or otherwise. In the event of scheduled airline flight overbooking any compensation due will be paid under the Denied Boarding Regulations by the airline, to whose Passenger Relations Department your original ticket should be forwarded.Your travel insurance policy may provide some compensation in some of the above circumstances.
