Our responsibilities to you

We accept responsibility for ensuring that the holiday you book with us is as described in this brochure and is of a reasonable standard. If any part is not provided as promised we will pay you appropriate compensation if we agree that this has affected the enjoyment of your holiday. We also accept responsibility for the acts and/or omissions of our employees, agents and suppliers (suppliers are defined as those who provide goods or services in connection with your holiday and with whom we have formal written contracts). In this respect we limit our responsibility to a maximum of 2 times the holiday cost of the person affected (excluding insurance premiums and any rebooking fees). We also accept responsibility in respect of the death, bodily injury or illness of or to you or any person named on the booking form relating to your holiday, provided that it arises from the negligent acts and/or omissions of our employees, agents or suppliers whilst acting within the scope of,or in the course of their respective employments or contracts with us. This acceptance of responsibility does not apply where the death, bodily injury or illness, is attributable to your own acts or omissions, to the acts or omissions of a third party not connected with the provision of any holiday services, or where an event occurs which neither we nor our suppliers could have foreseen even with all due care. It is a condition of our acceptance of liability that you assign to us any rights you may have against a third party whose acts or omissions have given rise to our liability. Nothing in this condition shall apply to anything arising during or out of carriage by air, sea or land to which international conventions apply, and our liability is limited to the full extent allowed by the relevant convention. You should also note that carriage by air, sea or land will be subject to the conditions of carriage of the company operating these services.

The liability of the airlines participating in this programme is limited to the air carriage described here in accordance with the relevant international convention.
