In the event of dispute
If you have any reason for dissatisfaction during your holiday, you must first inform the local supplier (e.g. hotel) who will endeavour to resolve the matter on the spot. If your complaint cannot be resolved to your satisfaction, you must write to us within 28 days of your return home.
