Booking Procedure

For all seat-only bookings full payment is required at the time of booking. For holiday bookings a non-returnable deposit of up to 50% of the total holiday cost, depending on the type of airline fare booked, is payable at the time of booking (by cheque or credit card authorisation) plus the appropriate insurance premium. Payments may be made by post using the booking form, or by telephone or in person. For postal bookings please check availability and prices by phone in the first instance. The balance is due eight weeks before departure and will be charged automatically to your credit card where you have given us authorisation unless payment by some other means has reached us by the due date. Please note there is a charge of £10 for balances paid by credit card. Should a balance not be paid by the due date, we shall be entitled to cancel your booking, retain your deposit, and apply the cancellation charges set out below. Within eight weeks of departure payment in full is due at the time of booking.

No contract with you exists until we have received a deposit (or payment in full for late bookings) and we have issued our confirmation invoice. Please check carefully your confirmation invoice and notify us of any inaccuracies within 3 days of receipt. We regret that we cannot accept liability if we are not notified within this period.Receipts for balance payments are not issued. Please note that for your additional security the majority of airlines are now changing to a ticketless system. Instead of a ticket you will be given a flight reference number which you must quote at checkin.Valid ID in the form of a full passport will also be required.

All bookings are subject to availability and will be dealt with strictly in order of receipt. If your requested first or second choice flight is available it will automatically be booked,otherwise we will contact you to discuss alternatives.
