Alteration and cancellation by you

If you wish to alter your booking once it has been confirmed by us, you must advise us in writing of the changes you wish to make. Changes may be possible before tickets have been issued but will be subject to a rebooking fee of £30 per person.All cancellations of holiday or flight bookings must be made in writing and cancellation comes into effect when we receive your written notification.If you cancel your holiday booking, or if we cancel it because of non-payment, the following percentages of the cost will be retained by us in addition to any insurance premium.

100 % cancellation charges will apply to confirmed bookings for opera, concert, Spanish Riding School etc.performances & flight bookings.

Your travel insurance policy may provide compensation for cancellation under certain circumstances.
