Alteration and Cancellation by us

Although it is unlikely that we will have to make any changes to confirmed arrangements, we reserve the right to do so at any time. Where a major change occurs, except for reasons of force majeure (see below) - specifically, change of departure date from the UK, change to flight timing of more than 12 hours, or change to a lower standard of accommodation - you may either

a) accept the amendments as notified to you

b) book another holiday through us and pay the difference where the holiday is more expensive, or receive a refund of the difference where the holiday is cheaper

c) cancel your holiday and receive a full refund of all moneys paid.

All other changes will be considered minor and we will endeavour to inform you before your departure, but we regret that no compensation is payable for minor changes.

Flight times quoted in this brochure are correct at the time of going to press but may change without notice. All flight departure times are shown on your itinerary and should be checked very carefully as soon as you receive your travel documents. We will do our best to notify you of any subsequent changes. In the event of any change to flight schedules of less than 12 hours, you will not have the right to cancel your booking except in accordance with the cancellation terms on this page. The aircraft types quoted on page 30 are published in good faith but they may also be subject to change and no cancellation is possible where aircraft are substituted.
